From pilot team to promotion
In January, KRC Harelbeke became one of our first private pilot teams to start working with EVOLVE, our athlete management system.
We wanted to test and refine the platform in an ambitious environment, with close collaboration, short feedback loops and room to move fast. KRC Harelbeke was the perfect match.
Over the past months, we had the opportunity to closely follow that journey. The team reached the promotion play-offs and ultimately secured a place in 1ste Nationale. Witnessing this live from the sidelines made it even more special.
We won’t claim too much credit for their success, but we are proud that EVOLVE could support the staff and players behind the scenes throughout the season.

Seeing a team grow from close range while simultaneously finalizing our platform is exactly why we started this project.
A huge achievement for Harelbeke, and a milestone we’ll always remember.
